Slow Down, Become Aware, and Grow! 

Today, we live in a world spinning ever faster, every moment every day. The demands on our time and energy seem never-ending. The faster the world goes, the more we must slow down. Regularly stop so that you may validate your grounding, meditate and breathe.  Take time to smell the beautiful roses, orange blossoms and jasmine.      

Every time people are in a stressful situation and someone tells a joke, it instantly lightens everyone up. Amusement is key when releasing and working on making changes in your life.

Can’t find your keys, your cell phone, wedding ring? There’s often a reason you can’t find it. Sometimes energy collects on objects, just like energy collects in a location.

“I Ain’t Afraid of No Ghost” says the once popular song from the movie, Ghost Busters. So often I meet people who are afraid of these beings, entities, spirits or ghosts because they fear that these spirits have power over them. They don’t even want to talk about them since they are so fearful of them. If a person originally had the ability to see beings as a child, they start to turn off their ability to see entities or they start to ignore them and pretend like they don’t exist. They also think that if they acknowledge beings, entities or ghosts, then they might be closer to evil. Not all beings are evil. You are always senior to an entity in your own space. There are many types of beings, and none of them have power over you if you have the proper tools.

Sometimes we don’t develop our spiritual abilities because we don’t really believe that we can make a difference in the world with intention, psychic energy or thought. We’ve never been taught that thinking or our energy can change anything while we are growing up, and then we don’t make much effort to alter the world. However, there have been numerous studies that proved contrary to this belief.

Nothing is more powerful than a spirit-to-spirit hello. Saying hello to people’s souls is an acknowledgement to their essences, their energies not to their bodies. This form of communication can be given by sensing the brightest color in their aura and saying hello to that as a vibration. This way of communicating can be an acknowledgement of a greeting in which you don’t really want or need anything from them.

Arnold kept thinking of his ex-girlfriend, Mary, everyday for six months. It seemed that he had gotten over her, but then he kept thinking about her again and again. He didn’t know it but he had an energy cord in his aura connecting him to Mary.
